Pricing and Terms

At the studio we offer one to one and one to two sessions using the Pilates equipment. If you would like to arrange a small group we can teach up to three people on the mat using small equipment.
We offer discounts for block payment and a student rate for people currently studying on the Body Control Pilates Matwork course.
Sessions are by appointment only so please contact us to make a booking.

One to one sessions

A personally tailored one hour session using the full Pilates equipment in our private studio.

One to two sessions

A one hour session for two people using the full Pilates equipment in our studio.
One session          £35 per person
Five sessions        £166 (5% discount) per person
Ten sessions         £315 (10% discount) per person

Cancellation Policy

We require 24hrs notice to cancel a session otherwise you will be charged.
Rachel has a young family and they are sometimes ill. If her children are unwell and at home you will have the option to attend your session at a reduced rate or cancel with no obligation.

Student rate

Students on the Body Control Pilates Matwork course receive a special rate. Rachel is a tutor on the Body Control Pilates Matwork and Reformer courses.

A one hour matwork session for three people using small equipment e.g. foamroller, overball.
One session          £25 per person
Five sessions        £118 (5% discount) per person
Ten sessions         £225 (10% discount) per person

Useful information

Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move. It is also helpful if your clothing is fitted as this allows better visibility of your movement.
A shower with towels and toiletries is available.
Client parking is available outside the studio as we are located on a private road.
