.It is believed that Joseph Pilates created six principles for his method. These principles; concentration, control, centring, flowing movement, breathing and precision form the foundation of how we teach. This means that Pilates should deepen your mind body connection. We treat every client as an individual, increasing flexibility, creating strength and aiding relaxation, where necessary. This means clients should gain a greater understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
